Is Our Team Running on Empty? — Free Ministry Assessment

A free, anonymous assessment for churches, units and departments. Everyone answers privately and the team sees one combined picture of its health.

This site needs JavaScript for the full experience — the assessments, courses and devotional reader are interactive. Every page above is readable without it. You can also reach Boris directly at boris@wangoboris.com.

Is Our Team Running on Empty?™

Is your ministry running on rhythm — or running on empty?

Everyone on the team answers privately. Nobody — including the pastor — can see an individual’s answers. Once three people have answered, the team sees one honest picture of its health.

I was given a code

Your leader shared a team code. Enter it and answer honestly.

I lead the team

Create a code, share it with your staff and volunteers, and view the combined result once three have answered.

Your individual answers cannot be read by anyone — not your leader, not the church, not us. Only the combined team picture is ever shown, and only once at least three people have answered. Answer honestly; that is the only way this is useful.
