Privacy Policy

This is the personal website and ministry of Wango Boris. We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to serve you. We never sell or rent your information.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, through:
- Contact & speaking forms — your name, email, and message (and any details you add).
- Newsletter & free-resource forms — your email, and sometimes your first name and country.
- Assessments (Financial Freedom, Inner Healing, Burnout) — your answers, the score they generate, and the email you give to receive your report.
- Accounts — if you sign in, your email address (and, if you choose Google sign-in, the basic profile Google shares). No password is stored — we use one-tap email links.
- Course & growth activity — if you’re signed in, your lesson progress, streaks, course answers, and graduation details. Your course answers are read by Boris and, if your group has a coach, by that coach — the answer box names them on screen before you write. Coaches accept a written safeguarding agreement before they can read anything, every coach’s access is limited to their own group, and each time a coach opens a student’s work it is recorded. You can mark any single answer “for Boris only” and no coach will see it.
- Assessment results — when you complete an assessment we keep your score and result alongside the email you gave, so that if you take it again later you can see what changed. Your individual answers are not published anywhere, and the report is only ever sent to you.
- Private journal entries — when you save a reflection on a devotional, teaching, or track day, we store the reflection, any prayer or action step you add, the related content, and the date, so you can return to them in My Journey.
- Public reflections — a separate, optional submission. If you tick “also submit this as a public reflection”, a copy is sent for review and appears on the site only after Boris approves it.
- Your growth path — if you use Start Here or My Journey, we save the season you chose (and how much time you have) so your dashboard can show your next step. If you’re not signed in, that choice stays on your own device only.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiries and speaking requests.
- To send the free resources and reports you ask for.
- To generate your assessment results.
- To give you access to your account, courses, and progress.
- To continue your growth journey — remembering your chosen path, tracking progress, and showing your private journal entries back to you.
- To send occasional updates — only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe from any email.
Services we rely on
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site. Your data is shared with them only to provide these services:
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
- Supabase — secure sign-in and the database for accounts, progress, and reflections.
- Google — only if you choose “Continue with Google” to sign in.
- Brevo — sends our emails (sign-in links, resources, reports, updates).
- FormSubmit — a fallback for delivering some form messages by email.
- YouTube — video thumbnails and embeds load only after you tap play; YouTube may then log basic request data per its own policy.
- WhatsApp, Selar, and Amazon — external links you can choose to follow (community, course/book purchases). Their own policies apply once you leave our site.
Cookies & local storage
We use no cookies at all, and no third-party analytics — there is no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, and no advertising tracker on this site. Our fonts are self-hosted on our own domain, not loaded from Google Fonts.
Your browser stores three things, all on our own domain: your light/dark theme preference; if you sign in, your secure session so you stay logged in; and a random visitor number.
How we count visits
We keep a simple count of what happens on the site — pages opened, assessments started and finished, links shared — so we know which teaching is actually helping people and which channel someone arrived from. This is stored on our own database, and it is never sold, shared, or sent to an advertising company.
These records hold no name, no email address, and no answers or scores from any assessment. They hold a random number for your browser, the page, and where the link came from. If you later give us your email address — to receive a report or a resource — we connect that number to you, so we can see the path that brought you here. You can ask us to delete all of it at any time.
Private journal vs public reflections
Your journal entries are not displayed publicly, and they are never shared or published anywhere on the site. Public reflections are a separate submission you choose to make, and they appear only after review and approval.
To be straightforward with you: journal entries are stored in our database, so they are technically reachable by the small team that operates this platform. We do not read them as a matter of course, and they are used only to give you your account experience. If you would rather not store something, you can delete it or simply not save it.
Keeping your data & your rights
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide these services or as required by law. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time — just email boris@wangoboris.com and we’ll take care of it.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
